Ron Permenter

With a career in Real Estate Services dating back to 2003, I bring over two decades of experience helping clients navigate the buying and selling process with care, dedication, and a personal touch. Whether assisting buyers in finding their perfect home or expertly marketing a property for sale, I find genuine joy and fulfillment in supporting clients through these significant life transitions.

In addition to my work in real estate, I have been serving in the medical field for over 25 years as well as a background in the military—experiences that have instilled in me a strong sense of service, discipline, and teamwork. These values continue to guide my approach to client relationships and real estate transactions.

I am an active member of Wells Church and enjoy participating in community events and service opportunities. Outside of work, I appreciate time spent outdoors hiking, biking, exploring new places, as well as spending quality moments with family, friends, and our beloved dog.
